The project aims to give an overview over the residential land market and the market for historic apartment houses in Vienna in the period from 2000 - 2010, with a special focus on the years of the economic decline (2008-2009). The main market players, as well as the development of prices and supply are studied in detail, differentiated by market segments and districts.
