Wilfried Kuehn ist Architekt, Kurator und Autor und lebt in Berlin und Wien. Seit 2018 ist er Professor und Vorsitzender des Fachbereichs für Raumgestaltung und Entwerfen an der Technischen Universität Wien. Zusammen mit Simona Malvezzi und Johannes Kuehn gründete er 2001 das Architekturbüro Kuehn Malvezzi in Berlin. 2019 war er Gastprofessor an der Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) und von 2017 bis 2021 leitete er das kunstbasierte Forschungsprojekt „Curatorial Design: A space between“ am IZK Institut für Zeitgenössische Kunst, Fakultät für Architektur, Technische Universität Graz. Wilfried Kuehn gründete ein Lehrprogramm für Ausstellungsdesign und kuratorische Praxis an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe, wo er von 2006 bis 2012 eine Professur innehatte. Er ist Kurator einer Reihe von transdisziplinären Ausstellungen und Herausgeber mehrerer Bücher und Publikationen über kuratorische Räume.

Wilfried Kuehn is an architect, curator and writer based in Berlin and Vienna. Since 2018 he is professor and head of the Department of Spatial Design at the Technical University Vienna. Together with Simona Malvezzi and Johannes Kuehn he founded architectural practice Kuehn Malvezzi in Berlin in 2001. He was a visiting Professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) in 2019 and from 2017 to 2021 he led the art based research project “Curatorial Design: A space between’ at the IZK Institute for Contemporary Art, Architecture Faculty, Graz University of Technology. Wilfried Kuehn founded a teaching program for Exhibition Design and Curatorial Practice at the Karlsruhe State University of Arts and Design where he held a professorship from 2006 to 2012. He is the curator of a number of transdisciplinary exhibitions and the editor of several books and publications on curatorial spaces.
