- Sonja Tripkovic received her B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and her Dipl.‑Ing. degree in telecommunications from TU Wien. She is currently a university assistant working towards her Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Markus Rupp and Senior Scientist Philipp Svoboda. Her research interest includes the usage of crowdsourcing for performance measurements on 4G and 5G mobile networks, data-driven ML-based estimation of user mobility patterns, and network performance estimation for high-speed mobility scenarios (e.g. High-Speed-Trains), augmented by geospatial environment integration.
