Aim of course

Understanding ionospheric wave propagation in shortwave radio bands, construction of simple shortwave radio antennas, principles of professional radio systems for analog (AM, FM, SSB) and digital (PSK, MFSK,RTTY, ...) transmission.

Subject of course

Fundamentals of the physics of ionospheric wave propagation, introduction to shortwave radio antennas, overview of analog and digital transmission for shortwave radio.
