After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand and apply basic concepts of acoustics, lighting, and fire safety. Thereby, typical practical applications will be used to train these skills.

• Exercises in building technology,
• Calculation and simulation methods and tools for noise control in buildings,
• room acoustics,
• daylighting and electrical lighting
• Acoustical and visual measurement methods and tools

• explanatory units
• exercise of sensor-based measurements / lab exercises
• calculation exercises.
• short-term-additional tasks

The course consists of different parts. In each specific session, details willt be announced.

All part-works need to be graded positively to conclude the course successfully.
