Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to create UML diagrams, model cartographic relevant data, integrate information from various sources, plan mesh-ups, fill graph databases and establish knowledge networks. 

Subject of course

Introduction to programming as related to tasks in modern digital cartography.

Teaching methods

Presentations introduce into the content, use cases and state of the art research. The individual contents are worked out and discussed by using selected exercises.
