After positive completion of the course, students are able to work in a project-oriented manner. They can independently apply different methods of project management.

The course is held in conjunction with a digitization project at the Vienna University of Technology. Using a digital skillset, defined work packages, content and goals are successfully planned, implemented and documented. In the context of the implementation of a digitization project, project management practice is run through from project start to project completion in a team.

Active project participation in real digitization projects to gain practical experience. Participation in meetings and workshops to develop project content.

Application for participation is made directly via TISS.

For successful completion of the course, active participation and attendance at the individual meetings is required.
