Aim of course

Practical experience in the area of

- Electromagnetic propagation for centimeter and millimeter waves on waveguides, and in free space, as well as in the presence of interacting objects (scattering, diffraction, Fresnel zones) 

- Antenna types for these wavelengths

- System design: link budget


Subject of course

These practical aspects broaden the content of Chapters 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the course VU Wave Propagation.

This course consists of three lectures and a practical part.
