Aim of course

Participants of this seminar shall obtain the ability of implementing communications techniques via numerical algorithms.

Subject of course

Prof. Matz: Implementation of parts of a standardized communications system in Matlab.

Prof. Goertz: Understanding and presentation of a recent publication in the fields of Digital Signal Processing, Source Coding, Transmission Engineering. The presentation dates will be 16 Jan 2018 and (if required) 23 Jan 2018 from 2pm in room CG118.
