Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to present the resuts of their master thesis and to explain the mathemtatical and technical fundamentals of their work to an expert audience.

Subject of course

Discussion of the progress of the thesis work. Discussion of the knowledge required to attain the overall project aim and of means to arrive at the project goal. Topics are in the fields of multimedia&multiuser systems as well as source and channel coding.
