After successful completion of the course, students are able to develop solutions to specialised problems in research and/or innovation, to gain knowledge and develop procedures, and integrate the knowhow from different areas. They are able to lead and form complex unpredictable work- and learn contexts which require strategic approaches. They can bear responsibility for contributions to knowhow and professional practice and/or can evaluate the strategic leadership of teams.

The professional methodology is learnt from clearly formulated advice and scholarly discussions. Results are presented and discussed in the diploma thesis seminar.
