Aim of course
Erarbeiten eines wissenschaftlichen Themas aus einem der Prüfungsfächer des Bachelorstudiums; die Ergebnisse sind im Seminar zu präsentieren und in einer Bachelorarbeit darzustellen.
Subject of course
Solve a specific problem (e.g., program and configure a module or application) pertaining to various aspects in the domain of packet-switched and circuit-switched, mobile and fixed networks. The topics are typically chosen (though not restricted to) IP networks, mobile networks multimedia networks and -applications (SIP), Next Generation Networks and -applications, (NGN, e.g. concerning the IP Multimedia Subsystem IMS), mobility-, quality-of-service-, and security aspects in networks, simulation and emulation of networks, etc. Own topics may be proposed, provided that they fall within the above-mentioned domains of interest.
