After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply the common mathematical tools, such as Laplace and Fourier transforms, for describing and analysing problems of time-invariant continuous signals and systems.
Lecture supported by slides and experiments, step-by-step demonstrations of solving representative problems from the exercise script and book, dedicated Q&A lectures.
2 written tests during the semester. 1 voluntary test in March. At each test 100 points can be earned. The 2 best results are summed up. A minimum of 40 points per test is required. The grade is calculated as follows:
points: grade
>170: 1
141-170: 2
111-140: 3
90-110: 4
<90: 5
