After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply the common mathematical tools, such as Laplace and Fourier transforms, for describing and analysing problems of time-invariant continuous signals and systems.
Lectures are on-site! In addition, recordings will be available with derivations.
A collection of problems and solutions will be available. Matlab exercises will be organized through TUWEL.
Knowledge of the calculus of complex numbers, elementary functions (exponentials, sinusoidal functions,...), differentiation, integration, and polynomials. Basic knowledge of the treatment of simple electronic circuits such as RLC-networks.
