Aim of course

The goal of this course is to gain first experiences in the preparation of scientific papers and knowledge about the structure of such a thesis.

Specifically, the following skills should be acquired:
- guided handling of a scientific question
- procurement and preparation of scientific materials
- documentation of a first scientific work

Subject of course

- definition of a scientific problem that can be solved within the given timeframe with a lector mentoring
- definition of the solution
- working on the question partly alone, partly under instructions
- continuous documentation of the task, the solution, and the results, as well as the literature used
- creating the complete bachelor thesis
