The seminary teaches students in variuos recent topics of circuit and system design. The objectiv is mostly to get into scientific methodology - learn how to get literature, how to analyze and compare existing approaches, and to describe a smaller own work, e.g. a small prototype. The own work can range from VHDL or SystemC models to smaller circuits.
Via TISS various topics are suggested that can be selected by students.
There will be a preparation meeting in the first lecture (preview) of "Schaltungstechnik Vertiefung". Furthermore, it is possible to arrange a a seminar topic during the first 4 weeks of a semester. The topic will be worked on and submitted latest until the end of summer term. (Hint: The summer term in this context ends end of June)
