Aim of course

The module leads to deeper knowledge of current areas of machine vision and especially of robot vision through implementation of a project. Students will have a critical understanding of key theories, principles, concepts and algorithms of the use of image processing in robotics and automation. This module allows students to focus onto specific areas of robot vision, learn about the state of the art and to discuss and perform first independent work.

Subject of course

Select a topic from a given list or propose a topic in agreement with the lecturer. Directly work with the assigned assistant to understand all aspects of the topic and work on an implementation of a solution. Work will be based on an example publication.
