Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to establish simulation models starting from machine equations and power electronics block diagrams. Students will further be able to test and verify these simulation models based on simulation results taken at rspecific operating points.

Teaching methods

Simulation is done either based on pre-fabricated drive models or by development of individual models. Simulation language is Matlab/Simulink.
