Aim of course

Knowledge about structural and electromagnetic design of electrical machines and transformers regarding various load specifications.

Subject of course

Design criteria for electrical machines and transformers, constructional configuration, computation methods for the various machine types, determination of main dimensions and substantial characteristics. Practical calculation and design of asynchronous machines and synchronous machines.
