Development of a basic understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of the different segments of the energy supply chain in liberalised energy markets. In particuar, the focus is put to the role of energy grid infrastructures (electricity, gas, heat) and the corresponding synchronized markets related to grid operation in order to secure continuous correlation of energy supply and demand.
