To get acquainted with the fundamentals and applications of microfluidics and sensor systems.

• Ion sensors + DNA-sequencing with ion selective FETs
• Microfluidics: from components (channels, mixer, valves,...) to systems (Lab on Chip)
• Acoustic sensing (human perseption, related acoustic basics, microphones, MEMS devieces
• Wireless sensors: Introduction into the basic priciples of these sensor types (electronic article surveillence, surface acoustic wave devices)

Studenten können auch an der Laborübung von 366.014 (Sensors and Microsystems Technology, Vertiefung, 2 Termine pro Student) teilnehmen.
