Previous knowledge

The positive completion of the lecture "Semiconductor Physics" is strongly recommended, because without this prior knowledge you will probably not understand the individual experiments.

The positive completion of the laboratory exercise "Technical Electronics" very advantageous, because the work in the laboratory requires knowledge of "LABVIEW".

Prior knowledge of the data analysis software "Origin" can also not hurt.
