After successful completion of the course, students are able to report about newest trends in the fabrication of nanostructures and to recognize novel or improved methods to analyze such nanostructures.
Seminar talks with external speakers talking about novel nanotechnology trends and developments. The main focus is the realisation of semiconductor nanostructured devices.
Seminar talks, compulsory attendance. An own presentation is mandatory.
