Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to

  • solve a concrete complex task in the field of emerging semiconductor devices using TCAD software packages.
  • document their results scientifically in a term paper.

Current problems in connection with design and analysis of the electrical properties of semiconductor devices.
