written exam or hand in of a project handbook (one or two students)
written exam, one part multiple-response, one part open questions. Exam date will be anounced. If you want to get your exam in English, please inform me one week before!
Alternatively you can provide a documentation of a project, it should contain at least the following:
- Cover sheet with name and matriculation number
- Project definition
- Stakeholder analysis
- Risk analysis
- Work Breakdown Structure
- 2 Workpackage descriptions
- Schedule
- Resource- and cost plan
- Project organicational chart
optional: (for 2 students)
- Object structure
- capacity plan for one resource
The project can be delivered by one or two students electronically at the date of the exam at the latest. Please send ONE document with a table of content, the filename should start with the name of the student(s).
