After successful completion of the course, students are able to

• analyse their own communcation style and adopt it to any situation (formal and informal)
• interprete the signals of their own bodylanguage and
• adopt their behaviours, stay authentic,and get obstacles in their body language under controll.
• interprete body signals of your dialogue partner and respond properly

• use your own body supportive(mimic, gesture and outfit)
• argumentation techniques

• many practical inputs
• few theory-inputs
• discussion
• group tasks
• exercises (eg elevator pitch)
• training of own communication behaviour (speech, presentation)
