Basic knowledge of superconducting materials and their applications

Subject of course

Introduction; Perfect conductivity; Classical model; Addenda to the classical model; Quantum model; Type II superconductivity; Weak superconductivity; Josephson effects; Applications: NbTi, Nb3Sn, Coil design, Fusion reactors, Acclerators, NMR/MRI, Maglev, Passive magnetic bearings.
