The aim of the research seminar "Leading Strategic Change" is to convey the basic features of qualitative-empirical work on the basis of a practical project via case study research and thus to provide a deeper insight into central aspects of the functioning of and in organizations. Specifically, the topic of "Strategic Change" will be addressed.
- Introduction to business analysis and qualitative social research- Carrying out empirical company analyses- Presentation of results in the form of case studies
In order to achieve the teaching and learning objectives, an empirical company analysis is carried out step by step in small groups in addition to theoretical input from the course leader.
For grading, the performance from the cooperation, the processing of the collected and analyzed company data in the form of a case study and the presentation of the results are used.
