- understand and apply key concepts and theoretical perspectives of change management.- analyze complex challenges in the context of organizational change management and plan measures to support change in companies.- to conduct targeted research in scientific databases on a topic of the course, to read scientific publications in a meaningful way, and contextualize them.
Students will deal with core concepts as well as current issues in the areas of organizational patterns and their interplay with organizational culture, organizational learning at different levels (individual, group, organization), planned change (change management) as well as ambidexterity (the coupling of different organizational learning modes). They deepen their knowledge of the design of organizational development and change processes. The combination of lecture elements, group exercises, case studies, discussion, and reflection enables deep learning.
