  • to determine the principles and methods in the product development process

Subject of course

Significance of avoiding errors in product development, risk management in advanced product planning (product life cycle, V model), principles and methods in the product development process, practical application of methods and tools in PEP (7 QM tools, 7 management tools, QFD, FMEA)

Teaching methods

Impulse lectures, interactive development of the core contents, discussion of case studies, videos and numerous concrete practical examples from the current implementation in organisations, references to literature.
