After successful completion of the course, students are able to:
- Understand and apply key concepts and theoretical perspectives of change management.
- analyze complex challenges in the context of change management and derive measures to overcome them.
- conduct targeted research in scientific databases on a topic of the course, read and contextualize scientific publications in a meaningful way.
The students deal with core concepts as well as current topics in the areas of organizational culture and structure, organizational learning, planned change as well as ambidexterity. They deepen their knowledge of the design of organizational development and change processes. The combination of lecture elements, group exercises, case studies, discussion, and reflection enables deep learning.
