  • Modeling Requirements with VP
  • Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN)
  • Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • Case study "Cool Bike Inc."

Teaching methods

Demonstration, joint research and discussion of professional modelling tools and methods using a case study. Independent modelling of requirements on the basis of case studies, independent elaboration of a requirements document (specifications) in the small group.

Die Prüfungen werden weiterhin angeboten.

The proof of performance is in the form of

  • an intermediate examination in the middle of the semester, the aim is to check the competence in the application of a professional system modelling software.
  • an independently in the group elaborated requirement specification (requirements analysis on 12 pages), to be submitted at the end of the semester, the aim here is to check the competence in the application of modelling methods and languages.
