Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand and analyze the impact of managerial decisions on the firm value. They are able to perform a bottom-up assessment of firm performance and fundamental firm value. Furthermore, students understand models of credit risk as well as the impact of market and credit risk on the firm's costs of financing.
