After successful completion of the course, students are able to find - based on good basic knowledge of the fundamental concepts of business law, in particular the regulations relevant in business life (e.g. contracts, companies, IP/IT law, court proceedings etc) -  solutions to legal issues in the every-day business life and to determine whether specific advice becomes indispensable.

We draw your attention to the fact that the last exam in business law (330.226) will be offered by Prof. Brugger at the end of the summer semester 2023. There are still three exam dates in SS 2023! Last exam date on 22 June 2023 !!

From winter semester 2023/24, the lecture will be taken over by a new lecturer.
