Aim of course

In the interactive UE "Human Resource Management and Leadership" current challenges of HR will be applied and further developed with students. We will apply a mix of techniques including theoretical and practical input, discussions, group work and guest lectures.

Grading is based on participation in class, individual or group work, reflection. More details will be given in the first session.

Previous attendance of lecture VO "Human Resource Management and Leadership" is strongly recommended.
