In the course Fundamentals of Organization students will learn about the principles of organizational theory and design. The effects of internal and external factors on organizational structure will be presented and subsequently discussed and analyzed by students using a case-study methodology. The detailed course structure will be presented in the preliminary course discussion.
Application of theoretical concepts in practice. Acquaintaince with case-study methodology. Theory-driven and consistent analysis of case studies in written form. Collaboration and team work, interactivity, development of problem-solving competences.

In this case someone from the waiting list will get in. Furthermore, we emphasize that no more than 70 students will be admitted in the group. Please enroll in time, there will be no late registrations accepted.
Grading will be based on in-class exercises, home assignments (case studies), active participation and multiple-choice exams.
