In the course „Fundamentals of Organization“ students will learn about the principles of organizational theory and design. The effects of internal and external factors on organizational structure will be presented and subsequently discussed and analyzed by students using case-study methodology. The detailed course structure will be presented in the Course discussion. Attendance of preliminary course discussion is compulsory!
Methodology and Requirements. Application of theoretical concepts in practice. Acquaintaince with case-study methodology. Theory-driven and consistent analysis of case studies in written form. Collaboration and team work, interactivity, development of problem-solving competence.
