After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

• apply current project management methods
• see the importance of project management in business management
• apply the most optimal management to projects as well as the required methods

• Introduction
• The behavior of humans (in a project)
• The problem solving process
• Traditional project managment
• Agile project management

The Project Management LVA is offered as a lecture (VO) every summer semester (you can view the contents of the LVA in TUWEL all year round) and there are three examination dates every semester.

One written exam which is offered three times per semester. You can find more information about the test in the TUWEL course.

In order to take part in an exam, you must register in TISS in due time (for the exam in question). Students who do not meet the registration deadline cannot take the exam! You can cancel an exam no later than two days before the examination day. If you do not appear for a registered exam, you will be blocked for the next one. No exception can be made here.
