This lecture is aimed at providing good basic knowledge of cartel law, merger control law (including the business law basics of asset deal and share deal) and unfair competition law as well as corporate law (in particular limited liability company, stock corporation), corporate governance and the liability of organs (directors' liability, liability of shareholders etc).
