This course presents the latest thinking and future trends in management and technology in organisations. It demonstrates how these resources are harnessed to deliver long term sustainable business performance.

Companies need to strategically manage their technological and organisational infrastructure to develop a sustainable business. Business culture and the associated values determine the performance of both individual managers and corporations and therefore the success of long term business strategies.
