• Exercises with models of protein unfolding, bone (anisotropic elasticity) as well as ligaments and tendons (non-linear elasticity). The exercises is directly linked to the Tissue Biomechanics lectures (317.026).

The exercises are given on a weekly basis and after the lecture on Tissue Biomechanics. In english.

Each exercise is given points. The final mark will be derived by combining all solved exercises.

Good knowledge of vectorial algebra and analysis. Introduction to mechanics or biomechanics.
