Aim of course

Knowledge about the measuring technique, the measuring procedure and the analysis at the determination of the exhaust gas emissions and the fuel or (electrical) energy consumption of passenger vehicles.

Subject of course

  • Explanation of the technical and physical background of the train resistance simulation at the roller test bench
  • Explanation of the measuring technique for the determination of gaseous emissions, current and voltage
  • Explanation of the measuring procedure ¿ carrying out of a driving cycle with a passenger car on the roller test bench
  • Calculation of the emissions and the fuel consumption
  • Writing of a protocol
