After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand current developments and trends in the automotive sector - focusing on future drive technology and CO2 savings - and to carry out personal assessments and weightings of relevance.

Learning the latest vehicle and drive technology - presented by external experts. Getting to know the strengths and weaknesses of the individual solutions. Discussion group to ask your own questions and thus to receive professional as well as personal further education.

Participation in ÖVK/IFA evening lectures in Vienna, Graz or Steyr over winter and /or summer semester and preparation of a technical report with technical content description, personal assessment of the presented contents and presentation of conclusions and outlook.
