Aim of this lecture is, that degree holders should be basically have the ability to find exiting technology or prior art in databases (like patent databases) and have an overview of different measurement and evaluation procedure approaches in an interdisciplinary (technological–juridical/legal) environment.
Basic knowledge of evaluation procedures of technology in an interdisciplinary environment
•) Measurement and evaluation procedure approaches of technology, based on public web-based patent databases in an interdisciplinary environment,
•) Criteria's of the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL),
•) Identification of and selection of specify measurement categories for the measurement and evaluation process of the technologies,
•) Investigation and search of the latest worldwide published prior arts of technology with patent databases by using technology classification system inside the patent system (like: ICP, CPC),
