After successful completion of the course, students are able to deepen in the lecture bases of the production engineering to provided knowledge mainly in the area of the chip ends manufacturing, however, also in the area of the manufacturing without chip by independent application of the procedures in machines of the lab for production engineering and the lab of the institute of Umformtechnik and high-capacity laser technology
Production of work pieces by means of the procedures forging, welding, milling, drilling, grinding, lapping, bending in conventional machines and NC machines, wood processing.
With the training period in the lab for production engineering the following is to be followed for safety reasons: - Working clothes (clothes where soiling plays no role) - closed footwear - hair protection (cap, hair-band, etc.) with long hair
Welding gloves, working gloves as well as protective glasses can be acquired if not available at the beginning of the practise in the lab.
At the end of the practise a protocol is to be provided (pdf upload on TUWEL).

by the appointments a proof is to be brought in the form of a report copy (with the workshop mark), then the report mark
