Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to independently investigate a subject area of an Integrated Management System (IMS) and the application of an IMS in an industrial company to improve energy efficiency, environmental performance and quality together with digitization of processes.

Subject of course

Practical Problems in small and medium-sized companies will be studied.

Introduction to the use of software for process management and the digitalization of process management and its effects on quality and integrated management.
