After successful completion of the course, students are able to...

  • calculate and design aviation gearboxes against the background of aviation regulations and building regulations of the licensing authorities
  • design aviation gear independently
  • design aviation gearboxes to be assessed technically and with regard to the approval aspects
  • design aviation gears against the background of the system design of rotary-wing aircraft and integrate them into the rotary wing system
  • design aviation gearbox against the background of aviation regulations and building regulations of the regulatory authorities to experimentally develop, test and drive tests
  • design, calculate and implement selected machine elements independently based on standards and calculation regulations
  • independently solve design and construction tasks professionally
  • recognize and apply the advantages and disadvantages of machine elements and their areas of application in the design environment
