After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

  • prepare a research question.
  • identify and analyze the current state of research.
  • cite foreign sources consistently.
  • critically analyze and question the results.
  • write a scientific paper.
  • present and defend the research results of a jury.

The students are enabled to work independently on scientific research questions.

Subject of course

In the course the students receive the necessary knowledge to carry out and treat a diploma thesis or dissertation.

Teaching methods

  • Presentation of the procedure for the preparation of scientific papers.
  • Independent elaboration of the scientific question.
  • Discussion of the results.
