Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand, both theoretically and practically, the importance and conduct of negotiations with stakeholders and contractual partners from the fields of architecture and spatial planning and apply some essential negotiation techniques themselves using practical exercises:

- Get to know communication as an essential component of the service profiles of the real estate industry

- Recognize the basics of project communication in construction processes

- Learn from the lecturers' experience

- Apply the basics of interest-based negotiation

- Prepare negotiations

- Focus on the service profiles of spatial planning, project development, architecture, general plan management

- Getting to know the communication-relevant services such as negotiations with authorities, planners, public participation

- Recognizing stakeholders, identifying needs / interests
