After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the significance of strategies of evaluation for planning processes and programms, and they are able to carry out an proramm evaluation self reliant, and present and argue it.

Subject of course

Didactically the LVA is laid out according to the contents to be imparted as well as the training degree on experience learning (constructivist), i.e. the lecturers understand the LVA (contents contact hours, the provided materials, the setting of tasks as well as the support / consultation) as a way on which the students, their knowledge processual in the given framework as far as possible independently acquire.

Here (as far as this is possible from the number of participants and the spatial framework) the previous knowledge, the perceptions and the understanding of meaning of the students are taken into account.

The teaching team acts accordingly, especially during the exercise units in a multimodal way. All modules of the LVA are communication-oriented.

The contents are in keywords:

Basics and instruments of planning-relevant evaluation methods
Logics of the evaluation
Deeper insights into the systemic context of effects
Different dimensions and approaches to evaluation techniques

Reflection
This structure covers all the required technical and methodological knowledge, cognitive and practical skills, social skills, innovation competence and creativity according to the curriculum.
